I'm on my 3rd purchase from Tower and couldn't be happier. It always been a breeze from start to finish. Josh takes care of me and listens to what I want without trying to sell me on something else. This last purchase was my first brand new vehicle and was a true testament to their level of customer support. Upon arriving home with the vehicle, we discovered that one of the wheels was bent and had an intermittent leak. I messaged Josh immediately to have the problem solved and he went straight to problem solving with Jimmy. They had a brand new wheel ordered from Ford the next morning and had it in in a couple of days. We took it down and the body shop had the wheels swapped out and the vehicle put back together. They even put the spare tire back in its spot and put all the contents of the cargo area back where they were. All in all, always a good sales experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy new or used.

A better rating would be 4.5 but that is not an option Had scheduled service performed (30K miles). Easy scheduling and a reasonable wait. Service writers helpful But, there is a long list of items on the Ford 30k service and they did not to do all of them. I had to insist on the recommended fuel filter change and tire rotation or these would not have been performed. I pay the premium for factory recommended service at the dealer and expect premium service. Yes I will go back for future service

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. Went into Tower Ford to look into purchasing a new vehicle. I will say the salesman I talked to initially wasn't pushy and was very professional. When it came time to talk numbers they low balled me on trade before they even took it into the finance office. After they came out of the finance office, they offered me even less on my trade and weren't even willing to make a deal with me. They treated me very poorly and were rude. The vehicle I looked at was significantly overpriced and had been sitting on the lot for multiple months, and they were not willing to budge. I have heard similar negative reviews about this dealership and their service department. For that I will never personally take my business here or recommend them to anyone. If you're looking for a good dealership to do business with who is honest and actually gives you the time of day, this place is not it. Do yourself a favor and take your money somewhere else.

Brain was my salesman and he was amazing. Got me in a car at my price range and I love my car. This is the 3rd car I bought from Tower Ford and Everytime it was great comstumer service.
