Got an oil change, the service got completed quickly and ahead of time. Diane was helpful with my questions about additional upcoming maintenance items. Will most likely go again even when my warranty is up.

I got extended warranty letter, unlimited KM’s from Chrysler Saying there was an oil consumption problem and if need be it need to be repaired or replacedI’ve dealt with a lot of dealerships in my life. Town & Country is the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I got a letter from Chrysler to bring my vehicle in for an oil consumption test Rebecca the service manager said they look into repairing it or replacing it. I bought it used in 2022 and they wanted all the receipts for the oil changes since it was brand new which obviously I don’t have Plus, they would not accept the receipts from a place like fast lube because it didn’t have a vin number on it I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone thanks Doug Napier.

Recently purchased a used Ram 3500 from Marcel at T&CC. Was extremely easy and probably the best vehicle buying experience I've had. Small town relaxed feeling, not high pressure sales like I've experienced at some Ottawa dealers. Financing was easy and had the vehicle when promised. I was introduced to the service staff and all my questions were answered. Truck was serviced, detailed and in showroom condition when I picked it up. If you're from Ottawa or surrounding area, check these guys out, you won't be disappointed. I will definitely be back for all my service and they will be my first stop when looking for another vehicle in the future.

The detailed and personal level of service can't be beat. This was our second vehicle. Both times, after letting them know what we were looking for; they found a vehicle and arrangements done within an hour.

My Jeep needed a little work and an oil change. They fixed the issues and did what needed to be done efficiently and with no huge pressure tactics. I will definitely be back.
