The sale was easy, Ron was pleasant, and the car was acceptable. I dont believe they check out their cars very well though, or their mechanics aren't very good. My wife is pleased with her car, and I've only had to do basic maintenance stuff. Like replace belts, shocks, and filters that should have been done prior to the sale.

TLDR: Do not purchase a car from here, unless you're ready to spend more than what you spent on the car at the mechanics getting it fixed. I got my 2013 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership and although the sales men seemed great and answered all my questions with what I wanted to hear - for example when I asked if a mechanic had looked at it I was told yes a full inspection and tune up" was complete everything was fine - I drive off the lot on a Friday, pick up a friend and my camping gear and head up to the Mogollan rim for the weekend. On the way home the car completely breaks down, the engine is getting zero power. I get it towed back to the dealership (since they have a 14 day warranty) and they have it for a few days and when I come back to get it I ask for the work order or anything stating what was done, and they advise they will email it to me, I never got this email even after many follow up calls, I don't think it mattered though because it wasn't fixed. Its fine for about two months then I head up to do a day trip to fossil creek, we didn't even make it to the trail to get to the swimming spot, before the same exact thing happened, the car breaks down and has zero power. This time I take it to a mechanic since we were outside of the 14 day warranty. I'm told its fixed, a few months later I planned to go up to Sedona, make it a few hours out of phoenix, and the car breaks down - same exact thing. This goes on a few more times and I'm at the point where I am afraid to drive my car further than the grocery store down the street. The dealership has been pushing me off to other mechanics and I've been told to use the extended warranty. This was all within the first year I've had the car. I've had it for just over a year now and have spent almost 20k at the mechanic - and yes that is even with the warranty covering part of some of the fixes. I am aware that I bought a used car, and that I shouldn't have trusted a sales man, but I did and now I'm urging you to learn from my mistakes - Do not buy a car from here and do not trust a car sales man when they say the inspection was completed and everything is good to go.

I purchased a 2017 Honda Civic from this dealership earlier this year, and unfortunately my experience has not been good. I’ve been driving the car since March, and in less than a year it’s already been in the mechanic multiple times. It has had several issues with sensors and the air conditioning. They did fix the A/C and one of the sensors, but the car still continues to have problems. I understand that it’s a used car, but come on man, a Honda Civic shouldn’t be in such rough condition this soon. I’m really disappointed with the quality of the vehicle I was sold and the overall experience. I expected something far more reliable from this dealership.

Picked up the beauty right here up from Jason! Awesome dude! Only had one problem (a lose wire in door panel) that quickly was found and fixed no hassle at all! Went in looking for a nice mid size vehicle to tote around me and the boy safely and they definitely understood the assignment! I've had some Bs at dealerships before but not here! this was such an awesome car buying experience. The level of the professionalism and Integrity in the staff here def 5 stars!

Do NOT buy from these people. They sale cars that are unsafe to drive. When I asked them to fix the problem Ron demanded I bring the car back and he charged me to rent the car I was buying. I didn't go to him to rent a car. He has caused me a lot of stress, money, tears, anxiety and did I say money. It is not okay. I feel very violated. These photo's I sent to him from the ship I was at. He said the car is fine. And right now I bet it sits there on his lot with nothing fixed ready to sell to his next victim.
