Purchased a 2022 Ram 2500 with the help of Koby Prince. He spent weeks looking for the right vehicle and when he found it he made sure it was good to go in every way. Every part of the effort was well done and stress free. Very happy with the truck and won’t hesitate to call on him the next time we need a vehicle.

When I purchased my truck through Drew Stewart I was told it came with free oil changes and tire rotations. Come time for my first oil change with Drew no longer working there, Pierre told me that Drew was a liar and I didn't have any free maintenance. The day before my appointment as I also had 2 safety recalls to be done, I called and was told I could get a loaner vehicle from them. I show up for my appointment and I'm told I can't get one. The only good thing I experienced at Towne Crysler was dealing with Drew when buying my truck. Drew no longer works there so I will no longer be doing any business there.

Koby was my salesperson and he was awesome to deal with (no bias here🤣) knowledgeable, easygoing, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Pierre in Finance was also extremely helpful and ensured I did not miss a beat. He assisted me with my insurance, warranty, registration and picked me out a great license plate. It had actually been 9 years since I bought my last Jeep there, which I purchased from Chris Savage, who was also fantastic. It says a lot that both experiences, years apart, were just as positive.
