My husband and I recently bought a pre-owned vehicle from Township Chevrolet. From the first contact with Nathan, we were impressed with the service. He was quick to respond, answered all of our questions, and sent us videos of the vehicle, as we were buying from out of province. We also spoke with Shawn, the Sales Manager, who was also incredible to deal with. He went above and beyond and even spoke with us on his days off. During the financing portion, we worked with Deedee to get everything signed. She was also a wealth of information and made sure we knew everything we needed, plus more! Our 2024 Toyota Sienna XLE was delivered directly to our door and everything was perfect. No surprises. The whole flow was great. I highly recommend the dealership! Thank you, Township! I had my truck in for its first oil change. Had couple of unexpected things to take care of but no problem……Damon took care of everything and had us on our way. This is my first Chevrolet truck (after nine F150) and I love this Silverado ZR2. So far enjoying great dealer experience!
