BUCKLE UP! RAVE REVIEW INCOMING! After my experience with CYV, I will ONLY go to them for all my vehicle needs! I brought my 2018 GMC Sierra in to trade and had a list of used cars I wanted to try. WAYNE and CHRIS both helped me out. They listened to my needs/goals for what I wanted from my next vehicle and then let me try EVERY car on my list. Wayne answered the MANY questions I had, explained all the fancy bells and whistles and how to use them (my OG truck was a basic model). Then they both sat down with me and talked through the options with my trade in. My partner and I arranged to go back the next day, and in the meantime Chris managed to get us DOUBLE the original trade-in value for the truck!!! We arrived Saturday and everything was ready to go, tried the two finalists, made our decision and then we're guided expertly through the purchase process. We were never pressured, rushed or overwhelmed. They bought us pizza for lunch! (Shout out, the massive gluten-free pizza was DELICIOUS!!!) Chris helped with setting up the 'my Chevrolet app', how to use remote start, on star, what I needed for my insurance changeover and our financing options. Then VAUGHAN explained the numbers in detail so that I understood what I was opting in and out of. At no point did I feel uncomfortable or pressured. They both stayed late on a Saturday to make sure I had everything I needed before I drove off in my new ride. My biggest praise was that they supported my neurodiverse brain and welcomed my eccentric self. I felt safe being me, asking all my questions and stating my needs plainly. Bonus points: kid and pet-friendly space (colouring books for the little ones) accessible (all one level), 1:1 attention, natural lighting, personalized and family-like approach. Wayne: I also wanted to add that test driving cars with you was like having my Dad in the car with me while learning to drive ❤️ supportive, clear and helpful without adding any stress or judgement. (Testing new cars can be stressful, but Wayne set me completely at ease.) These folks go the extra mile, and then some. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I sat down with Daniel and Simon to order a Yukon of my dreams, they were so very helpful in this process. The Yukon came in sooner than expected, I very much appreciate these guys helpfulness in the process!! Love my new GMC Yukon 🩶

Our experience here was great. Start to finish. We dealt with Daniel to start with and we made him laugh, a lot. He’s a funny guy. Joe Linder was our OG salesman and he’s bomb. Pay special attention to Jamie Lawrence, she made our whole experience genuine and happy. She’s upbeat and super friendly. Corey Blaney was our finance/business manger and he’s legit.

I picked up my car last night. Daniel, Joe and Corey took care of me throughout this Journey and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. Purchasing a vehicle can be a process, but this team turned it into a fantastic experience. I'd highly recommend them😁 Thank you for making this an event with no regrets.

I purchased a used vehicle from CYV and was thoroughly impressed with the process. Firstly, the vehicle was meticulously clean in and out and smelled like new, unlike others I reviewed. The salesman, Chris, was great to deal with and was quick to help resolve a problem the car had. Great service!!! I would buy another car from CYV after this experience.
