Marvin was awesome! This is the first new car I ever bought. He never tried to upsell me or take advantage. He answered all my questions with patience and kindness. I would recommend him as a sales person for a car any day. This was a way better experience than I’ve had at the dealership for my last car. Toyota of Carlsbad was great!

Great customer service! Omar Ibanez helped me find the perfect used Toyota Avalon. He was patient and listened to what I was looking for. After test driving 6 cars I found a great one with his help. Everyone was so nice and the finance officer Lucky was really good. 😊 also the hybrid engine was so clean for a 2015!

Shoutout to Marvin and Nicole for taking care of me and my wife as they were able to make her dream come true of purchasing a 6th gen 4Runner Off-Road Premium Hybrid. Their customer service was splendid, and for meeting them for just a few hours prior, they treated us as if we had been long time friends. At the time we were there, they didn’t have the color we wanted, but Marvin promised he can have one sitting on their lot the next morning. Marvin is a man of his word, as the next day, my wife got to pick it up and drive it home. Their work is a reflection of their rating and it’s a testament to what they are passionate about.
