Great experience overall. We bought a Tacoma with Francisco Valenzuela and he was excellent to work with. Very attentive, helpful, and not pushy at all. He helped us get a great deal and made the process smooth. I highly recommend asking for him if you visit. The only issue we had was with the finance manager. He seemed to be in a bad mood and in a rush to leave. We had already agreed on a price and monthly payment with Francisco, but during finance they tried to increase the monthly payment by $5. It may not sound like much, but $5 is still $5, and we asked for it to be corrected. The reaction we got felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Aside from that, Francisco provided excellent customer service and was the highlight of the experience.

Really nice dealership. Really friendly staff throughout the entire dealership. First new car I've bought in 30 years. Got a great, no BS deal, on a great car. Carlos helped us with our purchase and we’re very happy with the service he provided. We went in to get a cheaper, older RAV4 and he never rushed the process to try and get our cheaper purchase over with. He listened to us, and made sure we were comfortable with the car we were interested in.
