DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME I can confidently say this is by far the worst Toyota dealership I have personally dealt with. My experience with this dealership has been consistently disappointing. My first visit was in October 2025 when I was shopping for a new vehicle. The salesperson seemed completely uninterested in helping us and made us feel like our business was not important. My second visit was on June 15, 2026. We came in regarding an issue with our vehicle and had a very similar experience. The employee at the service department barely acknowledged us, did not take the time to understand our concern, and appeared uninterested in helping. We felt unwelcome and ultimately decided to leave. What frustrates me most is that this was not a one-time experience. We visited on two separate occasions, months apart, and encountered the same lack of customer service both times. If you're looking for a dealership where staff are attentive, respectful, and willing to take the time to help customers, I would recommend Toyota Vimont in Laval or Toyota St-Basile. Both provided significantly better customer service in my experience.

Love the people in Toyota they give you their honest opinion and helps you with your selection. i highly recommend. got both of my cars there.They treat you as family.

I had a great experience dealing with Mr George Tayar ! From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly patient, helpful, and accommodating. He took the time to show me several options within my budget and never made me feel rushed or pressured to buy. He explained all the vehicle features and warranties in great detail. Highly recommend!

Today was my first time in Gabriel Toyota for my car service. however I had a good experience, the customer experience was great, from the appointment scheduling to the car service all was great. Thanks to Gustavo and the maintenance teams. Keep it up.

I am very disappointed with the service. I was informed that the AC problem is not covered because the vehicle highlander hybrid 2023 is more than 3 years old, even though this issue should not happen so early. The lack of flexibility and customer support was frustrating. I expected better service and better warranty coverage.
