# Summary The dealership receives praise for knowledgeable and courteous sales staff, thorough delivery processes, proactive post-purchase service, and quality vehicles, though inventory availability is limited due to industry-wide constraints. Customer experiences are generally positive, though there have been isolated issues with language accommodation in customer service and occasional parts ordering errors.
We had a great experience. Great dealership Update: Still a great dealership! They have a fantastic lineup of cars, SUVs, trucks, and minivans—though, let’s be honest, actual immediate inventory is pretty lean right now. To be fair, that is the reality across all Toyota dealerships these days, so it is definitely not on them. The staff were fantastic to deal with. Even though we ended up not buying here, it was an excellent experience all around.
I purchased a 2025 Land Cruiser from this dealership in April, 2025. I’ve waited about 8 months before doing my review because I wanted to be able to give feedback based on my service experience post-sales and more details about the vehicle over a longer period of time. During the sales process, Myriam was excellent to deal with and quickly answered any questions I had. There were a couple of times I visited the dealership unannounced and he always took the time to notice I was there, came to say hi, and at my request he left me alone to look through the vehicles in the showroom. Years ago I used to work in sales and nowadays I always appreciate when I’m not pressured or rushed during purchase decisions. On delivery, the vehicle was immaculate. It was pouring rain outside but they had the LC clean, dry, and waiting inside for me. All the included accessories were shown to me and placed into the trunk (cargo mat, hitch-related parts specific to this vehicle, etc.). As a part of the delivery process I was walked through the financial papers and then was given a full walk-through of the standard vehicle operations. This process was efficient and in my opinion a good use of time. I purchased a set of winter tires installed on wheels as a part of my deal. Since my purchase was all happening in April, I took the vehicle home with the factory wheels on all-season tires and was told they’ll have my winters waiting for me in the Fall. Once it started getting cold out they proactively gave me a call to setup an appointment for the winter wheel swap. I was very pleased to see the alloys and tires they chose were great quality. I’m sure the exact tire/wheel combo will vary between customers and vehicles based on inventory availability but in this case the Hankook tires were a nice touch and the aftermarket wheels look very similar to some of the TRD wheels normally on the new generation 4runner. Each to their own on wheel preferences but I love the look of these for my Land Cruiser. One additional note that’s important for me to leave. I am an anglophone newly living in Quebec and really appreciated all efforts by this dealership to help me out in English. I can read/speak some French but when it comes to technical words about vehicles, their features, or the financial pieces, it was helpful to me to converse in my primary language. As for the vehicle itself - I really like it, and 8 months later I don’t regret my decision. I live on dirt roads in a mountainous region outside of Gatineau and this thing doesn’t flinch. No issues at all with low-traction hills in any season. Sound system is good, Apple CarPlay is incredibly useful, and the seats are comfortable. The air vents in the roof for the back seat are excellent for the dog in the summertime heat. In typical LC fashion, the size and height of the windows give me a great 360 view around the vehicle while driving or parking - for a larger vehicle it’s nice not having very many blind-spots at all. I’ve outfitted the roof with a rack and a rooftop tent, loaded up the hatch several times for outdoors trips, and I’m now planning a partial cross-country tour with the full setup. This is the 4th vehicle I’ve ever owned but my first Toyota, and so far it’s living up to the reliable name. Time will tell of course but so far, so good!
Midnight velvet ( my new bz2026) is driving like a charm. And has surprisingly a lot of torque when pressing the pedal to speed up. The service was exceptional, the people I have seen working there are very nice, and have been requesting updates and the after service so far is also great.( which I think is the most importantly). The only thing that would be constructive is when we buy an electric car, it would be a good idea to make sure that the base configuration has been properly made, or create some kind of how to: for the client to be able to make it ( for example the tire pressure). It would be much easier than going through the car brick.
I bought my electric car here, and they provided excellent service and were always very helpful. However, when I needed to make a maintenance appointment, I called to schedule it. The phone had an option to type in English, but a French-speaking attendant hung up on me twice after hearing me speak English. Canada is a bilingual country, but there seems to be discrimination against English speakers here.
Overall a great place to buy parts. Picked up some parts for my 2019 Lexus is350. The staff is nice and easy to deal with. Only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is I was given the wrong oil filter for my car and had to go back and get new ones.
