My husband and I were looking for a new car a while ago, and we asked Toyota to let us test drive a RAV4. When we arrived, the car had a dead battery, so the salesman had to start it with a jump pack. Once the car started, we realized there was no gas in it, so he showed us a pump in the back to fill it up. We stopped the car to put gas in it and, when it was finally time to restart it and actually test drive the vehicle… the battery was dead again. We ended up leaving the car there and going home. I would suggest being properly prepared for customers’ visits, especially when a test drive has already been scheduled.
