I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the stellar service I received regarding my SAAQ inspection. The employee who handled my initial call was exceptional; he quickly grasped the urgency of my situation without requiring an exhaustive explanation and secured a last-minute appointment for me. Upon arrival, the high level of service continued. The entire team was welcoming and professional, making a potentially stressful process completely hassle-free.

Like that job is done when i have recall in my bz4x they fixed and never plug back today i just turn on air conditioning after few minutes my vehicle starts noise and air conditioning stop working i call my mechanic and bring vehicle in garage what we saw they fixed recall and didn’t plug back fan imagine it’s electric car if the vehicle catch fire

I changed my tire here. Tire beads got damaged. They simply said we can't take responsibility and said Sorry. I had to buy 2 new tires.

I came here to have my car inspected and made an appointment for two different vehicles. They absolutely do not comply with the appointment time and time they set for example if they say it will take you half an hour, it takes 2.5 hours and they do not care whether your time is valuable or not, that is why everything goes slowly here. I do not recommend this place for car inspections.

I just bought a Toyota BZ 2026 model at this dealer and it was not a good experience. At the beginning, it was good, and the salesman Ruben was nice. However, I didn't have a good experience during car delivery. I didn't know why and who is responsible, but the car was not well prepared. There are a lot of muds with tires and around area, although it had only 6km, kind of weird. Moreover, the interior was not well cleaned, normally it may not need to be cleaned if brand new. The worst thing is that I didn't find any adapters for J1772 and CCS1, which is a mush have in Canada! I recalled that when I tested drive it, there were such adapters in the accessories bag. Very disappointed with this dealer!
