Jon, Naji and Eugene from finance were all absolutely great. Definitely worth the hour drive. We were met with an “everything is possible” attitude, cater to your needs customer service. I’ve been to many other dealerships and have owned many new and used vehicles, the team at Toyota of Ann Arbor was not pushy, and has the mindset of “sure we can get it for you”, they didn’t tell us sorry this is all we have or all that’s coming. I can go on about everything I’m happy about when it comes to this purchase but simply put they’re 100% worth visiting and doing business with.

I had Yousef as my sales rep! He was nothing but helpful from the first phone call, to us shaking hands and him giving me the keys to my new 2026 Toyota tundra truck. If I could give Eric Dowerah more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat.
