By far the best car-buying experience I've had. I inquired about a new Prius and was connected with Imad while the vehicle was still in production. He provided a quote with no unnecessary markups, and I placed a deposit. The car ended up arriving a few weeks earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Based on previous experiences with other dealerships, I was expecting the final price to change once I arrived. Thankfully, that wasn't the case here. The numbers were exactly what we had agreed upon, and I never felt pressured by Imad at any point during the process. While the financing paperwork was being prepared, Esteban helped us get familiar with the vehicle and set everything up, which made great use of the waiting time. When we met with Simon in finance, he was friendly, straightforward, and never pressured us into purchasing any additional products or services we didn't want. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and efficient. I was in and out in less than two hours. I especially appreciated the transparent pricing and honest communication throughout the process. With so many stories about predatory dealership practices, it was refreshing to work with a team that delivered exactly what they promised.
