I just wanted to share how amazing my experience was purchasing my new Prius. The entire team went above and beyond, but I have to give a special shout-out to Keith, who was the main person I worked with. As someone with zero experience with plug-in hybrids, I had a ton of questions. Keith was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He didn't just sell me the car; he took the time to thoroughly explain how to charge it and demonstrated every feature. He was so helpful that he even sat in the passenger seat while I tested out the self-parking function to make sure I felt comfortable. Beyond the car itself, he was very personable and even gave us a fantastic restaurant recommendation! The rest of the team was just as impressive. Ben, the sales manager, was very helpful throughout the process, and Anthony made the financing paperwork incredibly fast and easy. Best of all, they handled all the DMV stuff for us, so we were able to drive off the lot immediately without worrying about plates or registration. Walked in and met my salesman Ryne, and after that smooth process. Ryne was not pushy and did not steer me in any one direction and listened to what I was looking for and we went from there. Found a car that suited what I needed and made the deal happen and can’t ask for anything better than that. Anthony in financing was great was through and explained everything and answered all questions we had on the financing end. My husband and I purchased his 4-Runner in 2021 from this dealership. We had such a great experience 5 years ago, we have religiously come to your dealership for service (even though we live in Indiana). We came in on Monday for an oil change, and ended up being the new owner of a brand new Land Cruiser. Go see Matt Hadley!!!! He surely was so amazing to chat with and work with! He had a no-pressure approach and could not have been nicer! He truly put us both at ease and really worked with us to make the deal happen!
