We had an appointment within 2 hours, arrived at the dealership and he quickly responded to show us the vehicle we wanted to see, we were able to test drive, discuss trade in value and numbers, and completed the purchase and drove off the lot in less than 2 hours. Jonathan was awesome! We were over 3 hours away, he helped us get into what we wanted through mostly texting. It was really nice for those of us who don't want to spend all day at a dealership.
