Just got my Lexus here yesterday and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience! I worked with Don Eruchalu, who was absolutely fantastic in every respect. Answered my questions about the car, talked me through the options, was patient in helping me figure out how to deal with insurance since I just moved here and my car was insured in another state, etc. He was also great in understanding that I couldn't buy the car the first day I came in, as I had to first deal with my piece-of-junk Audi with the prematurely blown engine. (Never get an Audi!) And Don is just a genuinely nice person. Tim was great too, as was Jackson, the finance guy. What I loved most was that there was zero pressure with anything; I'm sure we all hate the idea of the "used car salesman" experience and this was anything but that. To top it all off, I got a balloon on my car! :-) Yes, I guess I'm easily amused, but I thought that was fun. Thanks guys!
