I took my Camry to Toyota of Colchester. I was having a problem with my alignment. After another dealership did not do their job properly. I first spoke to Alice on the phone and she was very kind and assured me they will be able to help me out when I went there. She was extremely welcoming and I was instantly not stressed about my car anymore. They then fixed my car properly now my car drives like it’s brand new thank you to Alice and Toyota of Colchester. You have gained a new customer.
I didn't even buy a car from them, but they responded to my inquiry promptly with a competitive price. I was shopping for a very specific car and only found about 6 of them within a reasonable day's drive. Bob called me and we had a quick discussion. He was friendly, knowledgable, enthusiastic and didn't use any high-pressure tactics. We ended up finding a similarly great deal on a car much closer to home. We needed new tires and our service rep., Alice Preston, suggested a brand and she said: they're great tires, very quiet and your going to like them. Well, we've had the tires a month and we really like them. Yesterday I noticed a roofing nail in one of the tires. We drove directly to Toyota of Colchester where we got a new replacement tire free. Thanks to Alice and the great service department at Colchester we were in and out in not time.
