Toyota of Colorado Springs in Motor City

I need to give a special shoutout to Savannah and the team who detailed our car. Savannah was so kind and went above and beyond to explain all of the features. She also gave me a hug when it was much needed. The man who detailed my car was quick and my goodness the car looked amazing. I thanked him in the moment but i hope he gets the credit he deserves because he clearly was working hard. They stood out to us with their customer service!!!!!

I had such an incredible experience at Toyota of Colorado Springs. The entire process from start to finish was amazing. From the person at the front desk who welcomed me, to the team member who helped me with the test drive, to the manager, and especially my salesperson, everyone was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. I worked with Jeff and he was outstanding. He made everything feel easy and stress free, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. The communication was clear, the process was efficient, and I truly felt taken care of the whole time. Buying a car can be overwhelming, but this experience was smooth, organized, and actually enjoyable. I drove away feeling excited and confident in my decision. I would absolutely recommend Toyota of Colorado Springs and definitely suggest asking for Jeff.

I worked with Leo who was shadowed by Logan and they both were wonderful and very professional. They held a car for me while i was overseas serving in the military and were super easy to get in contact with always and made the process extremely convenient. 5/5 service and speed! Sarah Massanou is amazing!! She checked me in quickly, she answered all of my questions, and she kept me updated along the way! She knew it was going to take awhile with everything that I needed done with the maintenance of my vehicle and she even offered me a ride home instead of waiting. She went above and beyond to make my visit a great experience! And they have an amazing lobby! I was able to complete my whole scrapbook album while I waited! A double bonus! 🥰 I will continue to bring my car here!
