He was very helpful, showed me the trucks I was interested in, and made the process easy from start to finish. Most of the negotiation was handled online and by text, which made everything very convenient. They worked with me on the payment I needed and got very close to where I wanted to be. There were no pushy add-ons, and the finance manager was also easy to work with and explained everything clearly. Great experience. Alondra was great and kept in touch all the time as we mostly negotiated by text. The dealership was pretty relaxed and we didn't have a ton of back and forth. I knew the deal I wanted and we got there. I got my truck and I'm super happy!

I worked with Tyler in the beginning to find the car l wanted that was in production. He was very quick, knowledgeable and worked with me from my home effortlessly. Then, once my car was finally to the dealership I was handed to Alondra because Tyler has moved to his next position . (He was great and kept me updated the entire month). Alondra was also AMAZING. Very personable and friendly. Came in on her day off to take care of me and finish all the paper work to get my car ready to go. Most of the things were handled prior to Alondra; however, she really made it feel as though she was with me from the start. Tyler handed me off to a great person that continued the positive experience.
