The finance manager, Juan, went above and beyond by resolving a small concern I had with my vehicle, and Emanuel from the insurance department helped me lower my insurance rate, which was a huge bonus. Five stars for Toyota of Deerfield—the only place in South Florida that didn't make me want to drive my rental into the Everglades. I hit six dealerships; four didn’t have the truck, and the fifth treated "negotiation" like I was asking for a kidney. **JC understood the assignment.** He didn't just read the syllabus—he wrote the textbook and aced the final. He worked his finance team harder than a 14-hour flight against a headwind to get the numbers exactly where I wanted them. I still had two months left on my BMW lease, but JC’s service was so elite I pulled the "ejection seat" on the Beamer early. Sasha was FABULOUS!! He took the sting out of the stress of buying a car. He "listened* to us and our needs. We understood that many things were out of his control, but he did what we asked. We gave 5 stars ONLY because of Sasha. The finance manager however although doing his " job" pushed us hard, and when we finally got through to him that we were not interested, his countenance changed towards us. We thought we were sent to him to finalize the paperwork, having no idea that he was trying to sell us an extra insurance policy which kept us in his office over 30 minutes. We were exhausted at this point and were annoyed. If we knew we went into his office for him to sell us an insurance policy, we would have told him upfront that we were not interested, and saved us the extra time at the dealership. We had already been there close to 6 hours. The last person that we talked to was Raphael regarding insurance and he helped us take care of what we needed to. I want to close this by saying thank you again Sasha for everything that you did for us and I will be sending anybody that needs a car your way to help you! The bow on the car at the end was an unexpected nice touch!

Had a great experience working with Leonardo Sanchez and Juan Ocampo. Leonardo was super patient throughout the whole process and really helped me find the perfect 4Runner over a 2 day period. There was a small hiccup when I took delivery of my vehicle, and he handled it quickly and professionally without making it a big deal. I appreciate this Leonardo! I also appreciated that the sales manager (sorry I forgot your name!) he wasn’t pushy at all when I initially left to check out a couple other dealerships during my first visit. That made it easy to come back the next day feeling confident about my decision having slept on it. Many Sales managers that I’ve dealt with at other dealers really pressure you to make a deal right away. This was not my experience here and I thank you for that. Juan in finance was just as great. He explained everything clearly and while he asked, he didn’t pressure me on add-ons or anything extra which I really respected. There was a minor hiccup in finance which seemed to have been addressed. This seemed to have stemmed from a small miscommunication between sales and finance. No big deal here as it was resolved. Overall, smooth, fair and honest experience from start to finish. Definitely recommend working with this team. Will update review as time goes on and I deal with the Parts and Service department.
