I rarely leave reviews, but I felt this one was worth sharing. The only reason I'm giving this dealership 2 stars instead of 1 is because of Elton. I first came to look at a BMW X5 and wasn't planning on buying anything that day. Elton was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help. He answered my questions, showed me the vehicle, and made me feel like a valued customer. He did such a great job that I came back the very next day ready to buy the car. Unfortunately, Elton was busy when I returned, and I ended up working with Juan. The experience was completely different. Before I had even decided to purchase the vehicle, the conversation quickly turned into questions about my finances, my credit history, whether I had credit cards, and what I did for work. Instead of helping me learn more about the vehicle, it felt like I was being judged on whether I could afford it. What bothered me most was the attitude. I came in specifically interested in the BMW X5, yet I felt like assumptions were being made about me from the start. I was even encouraged to look at cheaper vehicles before I had given any indication that the BMW I wanted was outside my budget. As a customer, you want to feel welcomed and respected. Elton made me feel like he wanted to earn my business. Juan made me feel like I had to prove that I was capable of buying the vehicle. The contrast between the two experiences was night and day. I ended up buying the vehicle, and I absolutely love it. But the truth is that I bought it because of the experience Elton created. Without him, I probably would have continued shopping elsewhere. If you're visiting this dealership, ask for Elton. He was professional, respectful, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience with Juan left a very different impression and took away from what should have been an exciting car-buying experience.

Awesome experience. Lydia Atmore (salesperson) and I have successfully completed a purchase each time that I have dealt with her. Johnny Deturris (sales manager) worked the deal with me and went above and beyond to reach my goals. John Denton (finance) had all the paperwork ready to go when I met with him and the deal was completed without any surprises as he continued to look for savings till the completion. It was a slight complex deal that ended with me being happier than I expected. Truly I have prior and new friends at Toyota of Gallatin and highly recommend that you go see them and look up these fine folks that I mentioned and pleasantly surprised as I am.

I’ve now purchased two cars with Amari at Gallatin Toyota, and both times have been great experiences. He’s very informative, patient, and takes the time to make sure you understand everything without ever feeling pressured. Amari is also friendly and easy to work with, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. That kind of consistency is hard to find, and it’s the reason I’ll definitely be looking for him again for my next purchase. Highly recommend asking for Amari if you’re shopping for a car!

I would definitely recommend Gallatin Toyota. I did my purchasing by phone. All I had to do was go sign papers and pick up my vehicle. Amari had paperwork ready. I was in and out of the finance office in 5 minutes. I knew that I wanted the 2026 RAV4. Amari was very patient with me as I changed my mind on the trim several times. He kept me informed 6-7 months as we waited for them to get to dealerships. If you are planning on purchasing, I would recommend Amari at Gallatin Toyota.

Easiest car I've ever purchased. Worked with Amari Cross who provided a seamless transaction, excellent communication throughout the entire process and NO PRESSURE! For anything.
