Tony & Lena are rockstars! From start to finish the went above and beyond. Fair price, extraordinary service and communication. I have been a client of Toyota of Gladstone for over 30 years and I can honestly say they don’t just get better, they stand out as a true leader in the industry. Thank you for my new Landcruiser, I love it!
FIRST OFF , I am never one to post reviews / and or get upset. Unfortunately this pushed me over the edge. Here it goes.... I purchased my 21 4 Runner from gladestone toyota From Vic. Great guy/ family man, he was way beyond helpful and cannot thank him enough. VIC set me up with purchasing the car and a warranty to cover all maintenance for years. Like clockwork, I bring my car in at 5k miles when it says maintenance required on my car display. Pretty weird because toyota says every 10k miles for my vehicle for oil change. So as time goes on I, i keep bring it in and the tech says its just here for tire rotation and filters but no oil change. So I figure nothing of it. Then last time I went in for the regular scheduled service, an actual oil change this time, the service writter says my maintenance package is all used up!!!!!!! 👌 but he will help me out and swap my last tire rotation to cover the oil change. In my head, I'm beyond confused because he said it like there were 100k miles on my car. I only had like 45k at the time of the oil change.. Of course I'm wrong about my knowledge of the maintance plan.😅 just to put this in perspective. I should only have 4-5 total oil changes from when I purchased it brand new... TOYOTA: 10K miles or 12months.. After talking with 3 other people at toyota, I find out they have been using my oil changes pretty much every time I go in, even if its for tire rotation. Which is every time my 4 Runner says oil change required. It's all a Scam and unless you are hyper vigilant, no one will tell you / be honest with you. SO ASK QUESTIONS AND GET ANSWERS. I gave up because the clearly didn't want to make it right or help and be a decent human. Now that I am OUT of all my maintance services I paid alot for, I started to do my first oil change on this myself. Come to find out, NONE of the hardware I put on my winch plate and skid plate has been taken off since I put it on 2 years ago. I know this because every bolt was rusted on and I broke off 3 bolts getting them out and had to drill and tap them to align new stainless hardware. Continuing on I finally get everything out of the way so I can get to my oil filter from underneath " the only way to access it". . Finally removing it, this thing looks like it has been in there forever. Super sludge, i think they have been draining the oil but not putting a new filter im because it was to hard to access thru my skid plates and bumper. So I'm pretty upset at this point and just want it to be over. At that point I decide to say screw toyota of gladestone and do it all myself, which I have been doing. Now at 58k miles. Upon getting a nessage from toyota the other day, they say i have 1 free oil change and "Filters" left and it will expire soon so i need to take advantage of it. Talking with the service writter, she explains it is 100% free and covers all filters with tire rotation. Reluctantly i agreed and MARCH 21st rolls around and i bring my 4 runner to the service department. Knowing what they did to me before and other people's horror stories, I prepared. Paint pin to the rescue, I ink dotted the bolts underneath this time and a few other things. DISSAPOINTED/ SICKENED again. I get this home to look at it not knowing what lies beneath. I was astounded and blessed that I did notloose , damage, hurt anyone on the way home. My skid plate and oil drain cover had 2 out 8 bolts with 2 turns by hand . . With the skid plate being so heavy and bulky, Im amazed it did not fall off and hit someone behind me while driving. Not only the undercarriage being unfinished, but the filters were not replaced and the cabin airfilter was jamed back in with dried leaves pinched in the air box and glovebox . So not only did I have to purchase new hardware but I had to spend 3 hours Fixing things on sunday..
I had great service today at McLaughlin Toyota.. I told the Salesman I was looking for a 4 cylinder SUV. 2018 or newer for under $15,000 with low miles I was shown the used cars. We immediately found this beautiful white Volkswagen Tiguan SUV All Wheel Drive..only 49,650 miles on it. Very clean.. I paid cash and bought it straight out..then bought 2 years worth of warranty protection.. This is my 3rd vehicle from this sales center
Jonathan Klein helped put me in a brand new Camry & was phenomenal throughout the whole process. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend not only this Gladstone Toyota dealership, but Jonathan Klein as well. He was super helpful through the process & very kind. Thank you Jonathan!!
Absolutely amazing assistance throughout the entire process. We had to wait for 6+ weeks to have the Rav4 built/delivered and got weekly updates on the progress the entire time. Even got a fun video of the vehicle when it arrived at the dealership! No hassles, smooth negotiation, done in hours while dealing with engaged, friendly, fantastic staff all around (especially our wonderful sales consultant, Becka Stern). Thank you so much for all you did, Becka!! Highly recommend working with her at Gladstone. I've been a loving and loyal customer of Toyota since 2004 and will likely be for life!
