While we live an hour away from Toyota Hopkinsville, it was well worth the drive! Meeting experienced salesman Heath Spain, was such a blessing. He took very good care of us. He listened to what we were looking for as to not waste our time, gave us plenty of details about the vehicles we were looking at and gave us the tools we needed to make the best decision for our needs. His knowledge of all of the vehicles, was astounding. Additionally, gave us a FANTASTIC price! We've enjoyed our new Rav4 for this last month. It is everything we wanted and more. Heath was very knowledgeable and showed us the many features that this vehicle has. Toyota additionally has given us a blanket of support with any questions. We have many options for car buying these days, many of them not utilizing local dealers. We are glad that we made the decision to give our business to a local dealer that we know we will follow-up for service. If we don't support local dealers, we cannot expect for them to be a resource for us when car shopping. We are so glad that Toyota Hopkinsville and Heath Spain was there for us.....

While traveling from Knoxville to St.Louis the temperature and engine light came on in my 2013 Prius. Hopkinsville Toyota was the closest dealership. Kevin was the service writer. He was exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable and serious about the problem. The part had to be ordered so an overnight stay was needed. The dealership provided a beautiful loaner vehicle, a 2026 Tacoma. By 10:15 the next morning my car was ready. The cost was $300 below the original estimate. When does that happen?! The entire staff was so courteous to me and to their fellow employees. They obviously enjoy their work and the commraderie between them. I'm highly satisfied and recommend this top-notch dealership.

A lovely place to go to find a great vehicle! My grandparents and I decided to go to Hopkinsville when we live an hour away due to the high selection of vehicles they have on their lot compared to our hometown Toyota! Brayam Mengria and Adam Barry and I cannot leave out the experienced finance manager that worked with me during signing were wonderful people to work with and their ability to work with my budget and even get below my budget on my 2022 Chevy Malibu was amazing! I recommend Toyota in Hopkinsville for anyone that is in there 20s that is new to car buying! Thankyou again for the help!

Top notch service. It was very easy to get an appointment when I called. I felt like everything was explained very thoroughly. They recommended to fix a recall first before repair to see if that fixed the issue. This made me feel as if they are really looking out for people and not just wanting money. Highly recommend!! I will be returning!
