Yesterday I got approved to buy myself a car, and while it wasn’t the Crown, I’m still incredibly grateful and happy with the experience. Carlos at the dealership was absolutely amazing. He was so kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me instead of just trying to make a sale. With my credit being low and my goal to keep my payments around $500, he worked so hard to get my payment as close as possible and made sure I could still walk off the lot with a car. That meant more to me than anything. What really stood out was how real and supportive he was throughout the whole process. I never felt judged or pressured, just helped. Because of that, I will continue coming back as long as Carlos is there and will always recommend him to anyone who needs or wants a car. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Amy in the finance department. She was incredibly kind and somehow managed to lower my monthly payment even more, which honestly shocked me in the best way. Overall, such a positive experience. 10/10 recommend this place

He took the time to answer all my questions, explained all my options clearly, and made the experience smooth and stress-free. A special thank you as well to Darren Aton, the Business Finance Manager, for being extremely helpful, transparent, and professional during the financing process. He made everything simple and easy to understand. Today's 20,000 mi service was with Mike Reyes. Friendly guy who made my wait while service was done easy and pain free, even to the charge card (debit card has no fee). No pressure for services we didn’t want or need. Nice to have new wiper blades which we did need. Saturday services tend to take longer as more people are there, but Toyota provided free coffee, water and donuts while I checked out other models and waited in their waiting room. If you haven't been there in awhile, their new building is clean and bright.
