Our experience at Toyota of Melbourne could not have been better. The entire process was smooth, everyone had a great attitude, there was absolutely no pressure, and they did everything possible to meet our needs. We live in Saint Cloud and made the drive based on the excellent reviews we read beforehand, and I’m glad we did. Charly Acoca was a true gentleman and extremely knowledgeable salesman,we purchased a Toyota Camry,2026 XSE, with everything I was looking for. In addition, Michael Vicroy was wonderful to work with and made sure everything went smoothly, with the purchased closing deal. We never felt like we were being “sold.” Instead, they made the entire experience easy and comfortable from start to finish. After having a really bad experience at Toyota of Central Florida (which is only about 20 minutes from our home), we decided to give Toyota of Melbourne a try even though it’s over an hour away. Let me just say, that drive was 1000% worth it. We have now purchased three vehicles from Toyota of Melbourne a 2024, a 2025, and most recently a 2026 just a week ago all thanks to Erick Zayas. From the moment we walked in, Erick welcomed us warmly, offered us water, and made sure we were comfortable. He stood with us through the whole process and made sure to get us the best deal. I’m truly grateful how he stood by us guided us through the entire process with patience, transparency, and professionalism. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed. He made sure we understood everything and felt confident in our decision. I’ve bought many cars in my life, and not one dealership has ever made me feel as comfortable and secure throughout the process as Erick did. Car buying can be stressful, but with him, it was smooth, easy, and honestly enjoyable. If you’re considering buying a vehicle, I highly recommend making the drive to Toyota of Melbourne and asking specifically for Erick Zayas. The experience, service, and professionalism are unmatched. We won’t be going anywhere else.

I really wasn't planning on buying a Toyota, but I had an amazing experience in the past with their salesperson, Danielle Jaggars, when she worked at a different company. She wasn't high pressure, and she got me a great deal. I unexpectedly needed a new car, and contacted her immediately, as I knew she now worked at Toyota. I trusted her to get me the best trade-in on my two cars, and a good deal on my new car. She didn't disappoint. She even remembered I was a Buffalo Bills fan, and she found me a car that was Bills blue (Go Bills!). Their finance manager, Alex Salazar, seemed trustworthy about what additions I actually needed. All and all a very pleasant experience, and I HATE buying cars.

Our sales rep Tony, and our finance manager were great. We bought a Toyota Land Cruiser brand new before it arrived at the dealership. We purchased upgraded tires, the warranty package along with the exterior protection package which includes ceramic coating, and paint protection. We delayed pick up to accommodate the ceramic coating being done. Idk what coating was put on my vehicle but it was not ceramic coating by any means. Not even 6 months into owning the car there was swirl marks and paint chipping. See attached pictures. There is sticky gunk coming from crevices all over the car as if it’s “melting”. Obviously the paint Toyota has started using is not the quality it once was and that is not the dealerships fault however when a customer choosing your dealership to buy a 65k plus vehicle from then adds a 2000 dollar protecting package on and is told it’s coated for a protection of up to 5 years this is unacceptable! All of my previous cars have been ceramic coated and have never had this problem. We have reached out to the dealership multiple times and left him a voicemail in messages and have never once received a phone call back or any resolution. ***edit*** After posting my first review Gina from the dealership reached out to me and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They had us bring the car up to the dealership so they could figure out what was leaking or melting all over the car. After inspecting it they found that the manufacturer may have over greased all of the grease points. They refunded the 2k I paid for the ceramic coating package and then had us bring it in and drop it off for a full detail and the car looks great! Came to Toyota of Melbourne the other day looking for a vehicle that has a 3rd row and still has trunk space. Ben Murray was amazing at showing us our options and we ended up going with the Sienna. He was able to help find us one within our budget and the whole experience was very smooth. He made sure to show me how to operate all the functions in the car and even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was still working smoothly and answered any questions I had! Overall a wonderful experience. If/when we need to purchase a new vehicle in the future, we will definitely be coming back and asking for Ben!
