I had the most AMAZING experience purchasing my new 2024 Ford F-150 Lariat from Toyota. Beginning with the Manager MATT BREAUX. He took the time to listen to my concerns and had the most patience of anyone there is. He is truly amazing! Kind, and bent over backwards to take the time to make everything work out for the deal on my pickup. As most know we can buy our vehicles from anywhere, I could have chosen to not made my purchase at Toyota, I am almost two hours from their location. After speaking to Matt on the phone, I made that drive down to his location because of his kind attitude and his time he took to listen to me. He made the small request I asked for work out, and that made for a rather large purchase and what turned out to be an amazing trip to the Toyota dealership. He and my credit union did all the paperwork ahead of time, I walked into their location with my son, was greeted with such kindness from the moment we walked through their doors! Matt introduced my son and I to his number one expert on Ford trucks, someone that could walk me through all the "bells and whistles" of the new truck so I could get to know how to use them, we went for a test drive and ALEX RENFRO spent unbelievable time walking me through step by step how to get into the screen apps, the steering wheel buttons, what each button does, walked me around the vehicle showing us every little item piece by piece. This young man took so much time explaining my new truck to me, although it will take me awhile to get used to everything without him and his expertise, I would be seriously lost!!!! Alex is absolutely AMAZING. He is so kind. He has the most gentle nature about him and helps you with every question you have. I could write about this young man for hours! He is someone that every company wishes they had, TOYOTA is BLESSED to have him as their employee! To Matt & Alex, Levi and I want to thank you from the bottoms of our hearts for your amazing kindness today. We will never forget you or how amazing you treated us from the moment we stepped into your dealership. If only all dealerships had employees like you it would be so much nicer to go in to buy vehicles in today's world. Thank you for making my last truck the best experience and memory that will last me all the days of my life. I will cherish "Stormy" always. She will be loved forever and when I am no longer here Levi and Rilynd will take the best care of her. God Bless!

My wife and I went to the dealership to buy a new Tacoma, beautiful truck supersonic red . The sales person Marcos, i would definitely do more than 5 stars if I was able.He was an excellent salesperson, no pressure . Went over everything thoroughly with the paperwork. Very pleasant . The finance manager Sona,was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership

I went to Quinten McKinney and said I need a new ride and he had me driving away in a beautiful new 2026 Toyota Camry XSE by the next day. Quinten knows how to matchmake you and your personality and needs with the right car. There's not a chance that you're leaving with something that you feel doesn't suit you 100%. Plus he will explain everything every step of the way and does not hesitate to answer any questions you have. I feel like I rode off in the vehicle that is tailor-made for me.
