I actually had a really good experience there. The staff was friendly without being pushy, which I appreciated because I like to take my time when making decisions. The salesperson answered all my questions honestly and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. The process was pretty smooth from start to finish, and the financing part was explained in a way that made sense. Overall, it felt like they genuinely cared about helping me find the right car, not just making a sale. I’d definitely go back again.

I bought a truck today from Andres Wentling at Toyota of North Canton, it was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant to work with. My husband said it was nice how down to earth our salesman was and easy to talk with. No pressure at all and very accomodating. He even put gas in it before I left which was nice simce we don't live nearby. Thanks for making the process so smooth! Enjoyed talking with the billing manager as well. I appreciated them working past close to get everything finalized also. Great place to purchase a vehicle!

Well, I thought just another dealer. Boy was I wrong? Victor Is probably why, no not probably, I know for sure why I bought from North Canton Toyota. Incredibly knowledgeable, incredibly tentative, When he talks to you, It is, though you are the most important thing to him on the face of this earth. He saw me through all the transactions. The car had to be picked up in Buffalo, New York. He went up himself the very next day picked it up, drove it back and was able to deliver it to me and that same day. North Canton Toyota is also one of the most honest dealerships I’ve ever met believe me I’m 77 years old I’ve even worked at them and this one is the best. They actually found a mistake in the paperwork and they owed me back $1000 and it was paid to me within half hour. If this wasn’t going to be the last car I ever purchased in my life I definitely would go back there without a shadow of doubt I would recommend it to anyone. Just asked for Victor and you will have it done. Thank you very much North Canton Toyota and thank you very much Victor. I wish I could leave more than five stars, but I can’t so in this case I leave 10 stars here.**********
