Toyota Orlando like always was exceptional. Emily made the whole process so fast and easy. Cruz was one of the best in the industry that I’ve dealt with. G Rosa, the manager was amazing and handsome.

I have never had such a smooth, stress-free experience buying a car before. From start to finish, everything felt clear, easy, and genuinely pleasant. Communication was transparent, the pricing was straightforward, and there were no surprises at all. I worked with three people during the process — Angel, Gonzalo, and Danni. Angel was the salesperson who helped me find the car, Gonzalo walked me through all the financial details, and Danny handled the final paperwork. Each of them was kind, patient, and incredibly respectful. I came in with my friend, her wife, and their twins as moral support because I expected the process to feel overwhelming. Instead, it was so seamless that I honestly didn’t need it. I was in and out in about an hour and forty minutes, leaving with my car. The location itself is beautiful and thoughtfully set up. There’s a café area with snacks, coffee, and drinks while you wait, and even a play area for kids, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and welcoming. As a woman buying a car, I was expecting to feel at least a little bit of pressure or discomfort, but at no point did I feel talked down to or dismissed. They made me feel confident, respected, and fully informed throughout the entire process. If you go here, I highly recommend working with Angel and Gonzalo. They truly made this one of the best purchasing experiences I’ve ever had.

Ive been a loyal toyota owner since 1998 and have dealt with many Toyota dealerships. This one hands down was the best experience I have had out of all of them. I went in for a scheduled service today and left with a truck I had been wanting. Jason in finance is a super knowledgeable and helpful person. I really enjoyed working with him today. Gonzalo and Frank are my boys. Ive enriched my life with 2 vehicles from this dynamic duo. This is one of the best family owned dealerships in the country. I have been a patron of their company for approximately 30 years. Toyota of Orlando has proven themselves to be valuable in every way. Emille and Tawfiq in service make my visits perfect every time.
