Great job all the way around! Awesome car buying experience, incredibly personable folks and truly interested in doing business the right way. (I drove 3 hours round trip to do business here, and worth every minute of the drive.) Clint is a top tier salesman, you can tell he’s passionate, honest, and knowledgeable. Danny and Will are top tier managers, great people, honestly the best management I’ve seen at a dealership. Joseph is by far and large best finance manager I’ve ever worked with, super nice guy. These guys all have decades and decades of experience and it really shows in the way they communicate and treat people. Not to mention the atmosphere of the dealership and from everybody I encountered was pleasant and enjoyable.

Distance purchase, but that didn't matter at all. Great salesman - Clint was very knowledgeable and patient. He made the process smooth, and was very responsive. He continued to work on the sale and pricing until we got to the price point I needed - he never gave up. Top notch guy. I researched dealerships heavily for a few weeks. The new vehicle purchased at Toyota of Paris, TX, was the cheapest price seen in a 3 state area. The vehicle was delivered to my door 6 hours away by two friendly, thoroughly enjoyable gentlemen. The arrival condition of the vehicle was perfect. Toyota of Paris is a truly outstanding dealership with great sales representatives, and they have the best prices I have seen to date. True Superstars.

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change. Staff met me at my vehicle and a courtesy van was waiting to take me to work. They were constantly in contact with me through text. It was a fast, easy and pleasant experience! It was raining when I picked my vehicle up so they pulled under the awning to avoid the rain. Opened my door for me as well. Great service!

Update 02/17/2026 (from 3 stars to 5): We returned on 02/13/2026 for a recall service on my Sequoia, and this experience was completely different. Ms. Tara was our service advisor, and she was outstanding from start to finish. She greeted us immediately upon arrival and clearly set expectations, letting us know it would be about an hour, which she also communicated when we scheduled the appointment. That level of consistency and transparency made a big difference. She provided a halfway update without us having to ask and even came back with a 10-minute heads-up before the vehicle was ready. That kind of proactive communication is exactly what was missing during our previous visit. Tara was professional, warm, and genuinely attentive. We never felt forgotten or left wondering about the status of our vehicle. Because of her, this visit restored our confidence in this location. Thank you, Ms. Tara, for setting the standard for what service should feel like. * Update 01/26/2026 (adding one star for now until I go for my recall service): After my original review, the service manager, Mr. Aaron, reached out to me personally. We had a pleasant conversation, and he took ownership of the situation. He acknowledged that my husband should have been informed about the staffing shortage and wait time, and said he addressed the importance of communication with his team. Our frustration was mainly due to the lack of communication, not just the wait itself. I appreciate the follow-up and accountability, and we plan to give this location another chance. ** 01/22/2026 (originally a 2 star review): We scheduled a 12:00 PM oil change appointment and arrived early at 11:28 AM. Despite checking in ahead of time, our vehicle wasn’t pulled into the service department until 12:32 PM. By 1:06 PM, nearly an hour and a half after arrival, we were still waiting for a basic oil change. What was most frustrating was that no one communicated with us about the delay. After waiting, my husband finally had to get up and ask if the vehicle was done. It was, and he then had to ask someone to retrieve it. We understand that service departments get busy, but when customers take the time to schedule an appointment, there should be some respect for that time. Even a quick update would have made a difference. This was a complimentary ToyotaCare oil change, but dealerships are reimbursed for those services, so the level of customer care should not feel any different. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we will not be returning to this location.

We broke down 51 miles away. Tara found a tow truck and went way over exceptional service.
