Toyota of Redlands completely exceeded my expectations and gave me the best car-buying experience I could have hoped for. Chris 100/10!! Especially as a very informed buyer (which I dont share) I went in fully prepared, paying close attention to inconsistencies, pressure tactics, hidden surprises, or any signs of dishonesty. Honestly, I was waiting for something to be off so I could point it out and I didn’t have to. After visiting 5 different dealerships, Toyota of Redlands was where I ended up buying my car & I’m really glad I did. Chris was honest, straightforward, & easy to work with. He negotiated with me & the process felt clear and respectful. The day before, I had spent the entire day at another dealership trying to negotiate on a comparable vehicle & it felt like all games. Another thing I appreciated was that they had a better hybrid selection than the other dealerships I visited, which definitely helped since hybrids are in such high demand. When it came time to sign, there were no hidden surprises. The finance team was also very helpful, answered my questions, and let me take my time reading through the paperwork without making me feel rushed or pressured. I like to read the fine print carefully & I appreciated being given the space to do that. Overall, I am so so happy with my Prius! Thank you to Chris and the finance team for making the process feel honest, smooth & stress-free. I left feeling confident in my purchase & really happy I chose Toyota of Redlands.

Wow the salesmen were great no pressure. That's what we loved. And we wanted, but was more unhappy to help us test drive. Look at get all my options together. We had a great experience working with Jimmy Carlton. From the start, he was respectful, straightforward, and didn’t play any games. He took us on a test drive and, when it came time to talk numbers, he proactively brought the manager Pablo over so everything was clear and efficient. I appreciated that there was no back-and-forth or wasted time. Jimmy continued to check in with us throughout the finance process and made sure we were comfortable the entire way. Before we left, he also took the time to walk us through the buttons and features in the car. Overall, the experience was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Highly recommend Jimmy.
