Toyota of Runnemede

For years I’ve worked with my still and favorite Salesperson Ferrel in Runnemede. I have no complaints with him. I am overall pleased, I just wish I had a little more charge in my car. Otherwise, thank you for ALL your hard work everyone…much appreciated! She’s a beauty!!

I love my new car! The sales man, Napoleon was very friendly and knowledgeable about the used car I bought.Got a great price, low mileage and was certified. Just what I was looking for. Jesus Valentin, the Sales manager was very helpful in making sure that the deal went smoothly from start to finish as it did . Finance was great , I got a percent on the loan which was great from Malcolm . Thank you all for the friendly experience I received. Excellent service! We went in about a month ago inquiring about an upgrade for my '19 rav4 to the '26 rav4 needless to say we were able to work it out and i waited for my brand new rav to come in (just recieved it the other day, it is beautiful!!) Issac sat with us working with my husband and i thoroughly through the proccess, he was fantastic!

I had a good experience overall with Toyota. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed and treated professionally. Ben took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me set up the mobile app and my vehicle setup, he also made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left. I especially appreciated the follow-up after my purchase to make sure I was enjoying the car and understood how to report any issues if needed. They also took the time to explain the updated features, which was very helpful since I was unfamiliar with many of the new technology and changes. Overall, a positive experience with friendly and attentive customer service.
