Overall experience with Toyota of the Desert was outstanding thanks to ALAN. Came in on a Tuesday afternoon to test drive some vehicles I had my eye on without an appointment. Alan treated us with kindness and patients throughout the purchase. Not pushy or aggressive which is one of my complaints always when coming in to buy a vehicle. He was very knowledgable about the vehicles I test drove and was very honest. Alan kept in contact days following to ensure I had everything I needed and to ensure I was still happy. You can tell how HAPPY I am, after buying my new car. I always go to Toyota Ontario for the car service, but unfortunately they are not doing a good job. That's why, sometime last year I went in Palm Desert location and the service Mgr Robert helped me a lot. And because of this, I decided to buy a new car from this branch. Robert refer me to Johnny who is the Sales Manager and he is Great too. Johnny assigned me to the best sales man and he is BEN. Ohhh my goodness, he is very patient answering my never ending questions and he is very knowledgeable. Therefore, I decided to buy a new HIGHLANDER SUV PLATINUM. Which I REALLY LOVE. Ben did a very good job and as well as Mariposa. If I will buy a car again, I will buy from them again, and that's for sure. They really did an awesome job. If you found a great people that you can trust for your car. You will find a way to follow them wherever they go and even it 8s too far away. I leave in San Bernardino and I drove all the way in Palm Desert to get a car. If you are planning to buy a car I recommend Toyota Palm Desert. You will not be dissapointed. It's big place too, very clean office and the staff are very nice. They are very friendly. If there's an option to give them 10 stars, I WILL DO IT. THANK YOU SO MUCH BEN.
