Shout out to Nancy and Joanna in the service department. Compared to other Toyota dealers (who shall remain unnamed), they were not just courteous, but friendly, and super helpful. I was able to get my car in on the same day to fix an issue with my tire (a nail). The repair team plugged the hole and didn't charge me. And it only took a couple of hours. They have earned my loyalty and I am so glad they are just a town away.

Hello, I cant say enough about how happy I was with the purchasing process with Mark at WOW.. The vehicle and options I was interested in wasn't available in New England. Mark and his team were able to locate what I wanted early enough in the build process and had it modified to my exact specifications. We had a lovely experience at Wallingford Toyota! Aside from the purchasing side of our experience, the dealership was very clean and tidy, which we greatly appreciated. (Added perk- the precious doodle portrait in the service area.) Our salesmen Matt, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, personable, professional and helpful in facilitating the process of purchasing our new Grand Highlander. Spontaneously walked into the dealership looking to trade and our salesman Fahim Ali was kind enough to assist with everything we needed. I had such a pleasant experience with the process and walked out with a great new vehicle the very next day. I will gladly recommend this dealership to anyone I know.

Customer service non existent--ironically--in the service department. Made an appointment to have a rear sensor fixed and explained it had fallen in behind bumper. I was not aware that this location was not a body shop or that this was a body issue. When I checked in, they said, oh you're here for your 50,000 mile service. I said no and again explained and showed the problem. I had taken off work, arranged for someone to pick me up/drop me back, etc. only to be told late afternoon--and after I texted requesting an update--that nothing could be done because it required a body shop. When I expressed my frustration in the service office, I was met with unapologetic and unhelpful team members. One of them was extremely dismissive of me and as I was explaining my frustration, he literally walked out the door on me while I was mid-sentence. Nobody had mentioned this being a body issue when I scheduled the appointment or upon checkin. There is no reason the car should have even been scheduled to be brought in given the information I provided. Staff should have immediately known that is not something the service department handles instead of having me waste my entire day. Regardless, the way it was handled was very disappointing, and though we have gotten our major services done here, we certainly will not be in the future.
