Had a great experience at Toyota of Pasadena! Koko was an amazing sales guy and made the whole process super smooth and stress-free. Everyone there was friendly and made sure we left happy with the car. They even took care of some scratches the car had from a car wash machine without any problems, which really showed they care about their customers. Definitely recommend Toyota of Pasadena, and make sure to ask for Koko!

Where do I begin? Purchasing a Toyota Tacoma Hybrid from Pasadena Toyota was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. To be clear, I did a lot of the front end work to make it easy for me. Step one, went to the Toyota.com website to build the truck with my preferred specs. Step two, contacted the dealer with the truck that met my build specs. Step three called Pasadena Toyota spoke to Moses, who was gracious and informative to confirm the truck was indeed on the lot with the specs. Step four, went to the dealership, spoke with Patron and Sandra (sales manager) both were friendly, helpful and gracious. Step five, worked with Paul in finance to close the deal. And also met the quiet boss man Javier (told me he just washes cars LOL) who confirmed why the energy is so good at Pasadena Toyota, it starts at the top, great, nice leader, you have all the employees reflecting that energy. Not to mention Fred in Service crawled under my truck to confirm that the Cat shield was indeed installed, and they installed my bedcover prior to my pick up which was extra and very much appreciated. I highly recommend Toyota of Pasadena, they do customer service very well.

This time was different. It was fairly easy with no pushy, high-pressure sales tactics. The place was clean and looked to be run efficiently. The staff were friendly and courteous. The negotiation process went without a glitch. My salesperson, Koko Toubedjian, offered us a cup of coffee while we waited for the paperwork to finish. It went quicker than I expected. We barely had time to drink our coffee before we were signing the closing documents. Everything went smoothly from the time we walked through the door to driving the car off the lot. I suppose I owe much of this to our salesperson Koko. He was great, pleasant to deal with, and made the process painless. I would highly recommend stopping by Toyota Pasadena if you're in the market for a car.
