# Summary The dealership receives praise for knowledgeable and patient sales staff who provide straightforward transactions and helpful customer service, but customers report significant frustrations with service department experiences including long wait times, diagnostic failures, premature tire wear on new vehicles, and unresponsive staff who lack accountability for mistakes. These contrasting experiences suggest inconsistent service quality between the sales and service divisions.

My wife and I purchased a 2026 Prius XSE Premium PHEV from Cynthia, she has been great to work with when I was experimenting tech issues. She provided excellent advice and suggestions to get those issues resolved quickly. Cynthia is very knowledgeable, helpful and patient, especially with me! I’m certain my issues gave her some chuckles! I’d highly recommend her to help new customers with their transportation requirements. Thank you for your patience with me!

I dont have alot of knowledge or history at this point. I can give my opinion as a customer for the last 8 months with 4 services under my belt. Its probly my 3rd or 4th toyota over my years but this one is my first brand new toyota. The purchasing was easy straight forward nobody trying to push stuff on ya. The delivery of the vehicle was fairly long as we had to wait 6months for it to arrive but to be honest we were fine with that. My 4 services have been smooth sailing. Very polite knowledge employees. You kinda get the feeling everyone is available to help ya out from the garage parking staff to the folks behind the desk to the gentleman driving the customer shuttle. So far its been a pleasure. Hopefully that trend continues..

I bought a 2026 Toyota Corolla SE from Toyota Plaza brand new in the first week of January 2026. At my first oil change at 17,000 kms they said the tires are worn out and need to be replaced asap. The tires are the worst I've ever driven with - zero traction, they sold me a car with all season tires in the middle of winter instead of good winter tires. The car came with Dunlop Enersave garbage tires, the rear tires were worn right down. Toyota told me I would have to pay for new tires instead of just replacing the garbage tires they sold the car with. I spoke with the Service Foreman and let him know if I have to buy tires for a brand new car I would never spend a cent at Toyota again, he chose to do nothing to fix their mistake of using garbage tires on their new vehicles. Now I am at Canadian Tire to buy 4 new Michelin tires at a cost of $920 for a brand new car. Really feel ripped off and completely unsastisfied with their garbage tires and refusal to make it right. Keep this in mind when buying a Toyota, garbage tires on new vehicles and Toyota will not do anything besides offer to sell you more garbage tires at your first oil change.

Normally I found the service at this Toyota to be exceptional but not this time. I brought the car in for a grinding noise in the front brakes and the Pre Collision and Lane Departure lights were on on the dashboard saying “ take to dealership “. I did on Friday afternoon and left the car, also to have the regular maintenance done. Monday, May 4, I got the call the car was ready…-$952.+ later and the technicians could not find anything wrong with the “lights “. On Tuesday the warning lights came on again and stayed on so I immediately took it back to the dealership. I had to leave the car again and on Wednesday, May 6 I called at about 2:30 pm and was told that the car had not been looked at yet! This morning, May 7 I called and was told that the car may not be seen today. I have never in my nearly 50 years with Toyota experienced such terrible service. I thought the mechanics were Toyota trained and certified but clearly they have no idea how to fix this issue. I feel totally dismissed and irrelevant. I have to pick up my car today as I am going out of town for Mother’s Day and this was conveyed to “Cito” who showed no empathy for my situation. Very, very disappointing. Not the Toyota service I have been used to. Update to this review: today May 7 I finally had to say I was going to pick up my car as I had to drive out of town for the weekend. Suddenly it was imperative that the car be checked out and wouldn’t you know they found it is a part in the left rear wheel that could cause the car to loose control and driving it is not recommended. The part won’t be available until Monday and the car has to stay at Toyota so there goes my Mother’s Day with family. This could have been resolved on Wednesday.

Go anywhere else to get service, don’t come here. I’ve had my car serviced here twice, each time took an EXTRA 2-3 hours, with one visit being more than 5 hours, with no explanation. First experience was worse because they lost my keys for an additional 20min afterwards. There was an additional third time I visited with a punctured tire they quoted me $200+ whereas Canadian Tire plugged it for $25. Sales people were great, service on the cars is horrible. All for a vehicle they sold me.
