I had an outstanding experience at the Toyota dealership in Salinas, specifically working with Jazmine. Back in October, I began my search for a Land Cruiser with a particular interior and specific accessories. This was my first new car ever, and as a traveling California photographer, I needed something dependable, reliable, comfortable, safe, and still adventurous enough to match my lifestyle. Jazmine was efficient, streamlined the process, and kept me updated while the vehicle was in production. It arrived earlier than expected, and even though I live five hours away and was about to leave the country, Jazmine made everything seamless. The day the car arrived from the manufacturer, she arranged home delivery. I didn’t set foot in the dealership, signed the paperwork from home, and my car arrived that evening. Before deciding, I had been watching the 4Runner updates since the newest remodel was announced toward the end of 2023. When Toyota announced the return of the Land Cruiser, I found myself leaning in that direction. I test drove several, did extensive research on how they drive and handle, reviewed feedback from other owners, and paid close attention to space, layout, and overall functionality. There hasn’t been a single moment where I’ve regretted purchasing this vehicle—let alone the experience of getting it. I would do it all over again. Months later, I’m still thrilled. Even if you’re a few hours away, if you want a dealership that truly values your business and earns your trust, I strongly recommend them. They were supportive, communicated efficiently, and left no stone unturned. I kept waiting for a “gotcha” moment, but there wasn’t one. I’m very grateful for Jazmine and her outstanding support. Adventure is out there and now I get to enjoy it even more in my Land Cruiser!

My husband found a used Genesis on Salinas Toyota’s website after doing some research. It was well priced compared to similar cars in a 100 mile radius and Kelly Bluebook. We came in that week to check in out. Calvin, the General Manager greeted us. He Knew we were coming, and had it pulled up front for an easy to access test drive. The staff was knowledgeable on the lot and in the finance office. While it was clear they wanted our business they were not pushy or impatient. They let us look around, and make decisions on our own timeline. It was an enjoyable experience and we look.forward to doing business with them in the future. We would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used cars.
