Bought a used vehicle here travelling from Ottawa. Stephane made everything super easy! I was in and out in just over an hour they had everything ready for me (bill of sale, financing, additional information). Vehicle was in great shape as advertised, and they even worked with me to ensure it was fit for my Ontario Safety. Stephane was very responsive I was able to text him and/or call and he would get back to me shortly. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase!

I do not have much experience with new car dealerships so it was with a bit of apprehension that I visited the Toyota dealership in Ste-Agathe. I have an older Toyota Yaris and I think I might have been a little bit concerned about this being more costly than my regular garage. The people who I dealt with (for both my wife's Yaris and mine) were very friendly and helpful. There were no long waits or delays to get the parts that were needed or the service or labor. Communications before and after were excellent. One of the items I dealt with only required an hour of Labor and I was able to wait in a very comfortable waiting room. Deep lazy boy chairs, complimentary coffee and TV screen showing the news. It was a good experience and I'm very happy to have made the decision to go there. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a new car or requires some maintenance..

I had a major service on my Tundra recently. There was a delay in acquiring the parts that was not communicated to me initially and caused a significant problem with my work. They redeemed themselves greatly by giving me a courtesy car for 2 weeks (the original work was supposed to be done in 2 days), doing multiple crucial repairs, giving me a discount on labour costs and detailing the vehicle at no charge. Marie-Julie was the service advisor and was very pleasant and diligent throughout the process. I would give them 5 stars if it were not for the initial issue with timely communication.
