Me and my fiancé had a great experience here. The overall process and paperwork was smooth and easy thanks to Jose in financing! Also Simranjit was a pleasure to work with, he answered any questions we had and knew everything about the car like the back of his hand. I would highly recommend coming to this location, the employees are truly amazing and eased our nerves and any anxiety we had since this was our first time purchasing a vehicle. I arrived early for my appointment and was greeted upon my arrival. I was directed to the appointment line where Jackie Torres was my Customer Service representative. She greeted me and proceeded to process my paperwork. She asked me if I was going to wait for the vehicle. I said yes and she directed me to the waiting area. Free WiFi was also available. After the service was completed, I picked up my paperwork from the cashier’s counter. They told me to go back to Jackie for my key fob. Jackie reviewed the services completed (oil change/tire rotation/top off fluids). She then gave me a voucher for a free car wash. The service was 5 star. From the moment I arrived, until the moment I left. Very satisfied with the service.

I just purchased a 2026 Toyota Camry SE. I was assisted throughout the entire process by Freddy Leon Blanco. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable talking with him throughout the entire process. He has amazing customer service skills.
