Five stars for Jack Linton! I was trying to buy a Sienna Limited around DMV area and the shopping usually be a headache, but Jack made the entire process seamless. He’s easy to work with, completely transparent, and keeps communication clear and straightforward—no BS at all. From the moment I walked in, he treated me like a good friend, making sure I felt comfortable and confident with my choice. Huge thanks to Jack and the team for a great experience. UPDATE (VERY IMPORTANT): After inspecting the car further at home, I found out that the damage was much worse than I thought. The dealership severed the washer fluid hose in multiple places and tried to hide it by using black electrical tape and cheap plastic connectors (see new photos). This is a deceptive, unprofessional "patch job" instead of a proper OEM replacement. They literally cut the hose and taped it back together! This is a total breach of trust and extremely dishonest behavior from a certified Toyota service center. Extremely disappointed with the service department's standards. My vehicle was returned with 77 unauthorized miles driven. Worse, they returned the car with a cut washer fluid hose that was clearly damaged while in their care, and they tried to hide it with a temporary 'patch job' instead of a professional repair. Furthermore, the overall cleanliness was unacceptable: my car was returned with mud and footprints on the mats, and even the loaner car they provided was filthy inside. While I want to thank the sales consultant, Shafi, for being professional and assisting in getting the fuel refilled, the service department’s negligence and lack of care are unacceptable. I expected much better standards and honesty from a Toyota dealership."

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! I had an amazing experience purchasing my car at Toyota! Romell, Gabriel, and the entire team truly went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. They took the time to listen to our needs, understand our situation, and work with us to get a great deal that we felt confident about. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine care made a big difference. This is actually our third time buying a car from Toyota, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. If you want to buy a car here, go to Mr. Rommel Romano. He was extremely graceful, and made my husband and I very comfortable. He offered us water multiple times and when we had to wait and things were taking a while (which happens when buying a car), he let us know what was happening and assured us he would take good care of us which he did. Things went very smoothly and we were able to get the car we really wanted. He even offered to put a bow on the new car for us and took pictures for us and was genuinely excited for us. Amazing and efficient and caring customer service, we are very grateful to Mr. Romano, thank you!
