I wanted to share my experience with ToyotaTown in London, Ontario, from the day I purchased my car to the day I received it, and through my most recent visit with their service department. From start to finish, everyone I encountered was professional, kind, friendly, and helpful. The sales team made the purchasing process smooth and transparent, keeping me updated throughout the delivery timeline. When I finally received my vehicle, it was in perfect condition and exactly as promised. Most recently, I brought my car in for my first service appointment. The service department was equally impressive, my service advisor was courteous and knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and the entire team worked efficiently to get my vehicle back to me without delays.

My husband Kyle and I recently purchased a Toyota RAV4 from Manas, and it was such a fun and enjoyable experience. Manas made us feel comfortable from the start and patiently answered all of our questions while helping us decide which SUV best suited our family’s needs. He was very knowledgeable and explained all of the features during our test drive. Overall, it was a great experience. I recently had work done on a 2011 Toyota matrix that required air-conditioning servicing brakes and a few other small repairs. I had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew as our customer service advisor . I don’t do many review on customer service, but Andrew provided outstanding customer service. He kept us up-to-date on everything and questions I had about portions of the repair work. He consulted with the technician and sent me an in-depth explanation of the repair work required. I also own a Nissan and I will not be returning to Nissan for any repairs or for a new car that I hope to get in the next year, which will be a Toyota. I highly recommend Toyota town and when you go there, ask for Andrew you won’t be disappointed . Thank you again Andrew you are definitely a credit to the Toyota team.

Had a wonderful experience getting our vehicle from Toyota Town. Hiacynta was amazing - she listened to what we were looking for, our budget and any concerns we had. She took everything into account, showing us multiple options and giving us her honest, expert opinion without pushing us into a deal that wasn’t right for us - she genuinely felt like a friend. Geordie and Tom were just as wonderful helping us with financing and explaining everything we could add to our vehicle along with providing that same level of honesty that made us feel genuinely looked out for. The entire staff were all so friendly and welcoming, from front desk to the delivery specialists. Our experience was so so great and we now have the perfect vehicle for our family!

We recently purchased a toyota highlander hybrid and we are very happy with our decision. The service we received was exceptional. We want to thank James for being so kind and patient. We were initially shopping around asking for quotes from different dealers. I appreciated that James took the time to send us 3 different quotes without any pressure. He was one of very few to do so. He answered all our questions and was very patient when we showed up each time with 2 young children. Thank you Rita for being so kind and patient with us as we made decision on what extended warranty best suits us. Thank you for making the financial process easy and understandable. Thank you Manas for the kindness and patient as we had our children with us. Thank you for taking the time to go through the car features and sending us additional information.
