I had such an amazing experience at Tracy Chevrolet that I just had to share. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted—a Chevy Spark, even though they’ve been discontinued after 2022. To my surprise, they had exactly one available: a 2021 with 70,000 miles, priced at $9,999. The moment I saw it, I just knew it was the car for me. My best friend has one (hers is marshmallow-colored), and now I have mine in red hot—it felt meant to be! What truly made the experience special, though, was the team. My salesperson, Jose Rodriguez, was incredibly kind, relatable, and easy to talk to. There was absolutely no pressure—just genuine help and great conversation. Christian handled the financing, and Mike helped make sure all my paperwork and details were in order. All three of them were professional, patient, and genuinely warm. We even chatted about San Francisco life, and it turned into such a natural, friendly experience—it honestly felt like we became friends. They also shared that they had hosted a community event recently and are working on building connections in Tracy, which I really appreciated. That says a lot about the kind of people they are and the culture at this dealership. I’ve been to many dealerships over the years, and I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Their sincerity and kindness were 100% on point. I highly recommend Tracy Chevrolet to anyone looking for a vehicle. They truly have an outstanding team!

Got jerked around by multiple people. They were not willing to make a decent offer on a trade in and wouldn't negotiate on the used car I was looking at once front end damage that was poorly repaired had been found. There was recent work done to the car and oil prints on the fenders, the engine cover was missing. I would not recommend them

Purchased a used car from Tracy Chevrolet. The car had some issues (not their fault) and they made sure everything was fixed and taken care of, including going above and beyond to ensure all was well and we were happy. Appreciate Adam and the team.

I had a great experience with Ash Maharaj! He was fantastic—very knowledgeable and patient. Ash provided all the details about the vehicle, carefully listened to my requirements and budget, and even explained all the possible discounts available. He’s an excellent salesperson who genuinely wanted to help me find the right car. I asked to see several vehicles, and he was more than happy to show me each one without any pressure. I just got the 2025 Chevy trax activ. Tom was great, he showed me multiple cars and listened to what I was looking for and found me exactly what I wanted. It had only been on the lot for two days. Overall very happy with my experience and my new car.
