We were in the market for a truck for my son and initially thought going the private route would work, but that ended up being very short lived. We came across a truck here and decided to stop in and take a look, and we are so glad we did. CURTIS, our sales rep, was amazing. He was not pushy at all, just very straightforward, honest, and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable from the moment we started the conversation, which made the whole experience that much better. Terrible experience after buying a new truck from this dealership. Purchased the truck and 30 days later the engine failed. Had the whole engine replaced and reached out to the finance manager about comping me on an extended warranty. I was basically laughed at and told “I’ll get back with you.” I would not buy a vehicle from these people. Go to a bigger dealer that can and is willing to help. Very slimy people.

It’s been almost a month and a half since we bought this truck from Traditions Chevrolet. It was the best experience we have had to purchase a vehicle.
