I own a 2013 Chevy Traverse, and Transmission Plus of Kissimmee installed a rebuilt transmission for me. The original service was excellent, and the work was superb. However, when I later started experiencing some issues, they didn't hesitate to ask me to bring the vehicle back in. After performing thorough diagnostics, they identified the torque converter as the culprit. They immediately sourced and replaced it, and even went above and beyond by changing a motor mount and sway bar at no additional cost. Overall, the experience was pleasant, and my Traverse is now running like new again. Thank you, Transmission Plus, for all your hard work and outstanding customer service!
