I just purchased a Sierra 3500 Ultimate through Joe Cleland. He was so kind to my wife and I and made us feel like part of the family. Everything was super easy to do and completely stress free. I will continue to purchase my vehicles from here for now on thanks to working with him.

I had a smooth and effortless experience with Joe Cleland. I didnt necessarily NEED a new vehicle, but wanted something different. Joe was not pushy and just let me lead and everything went great. I wasn't going to buy anything unless it "felt" right. I didn't want to stress about buying a vehicle and Joe really made it easy. I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma a year ago, and although my levels are holding steady, this quite possibly could be my last vehicle, so I wanted a pleasurable experience, and Joe gave me that. Thanks Joe, for the great conversation and for helping me get my first FANCY car.

I recently purchased a new Gmc 3500 AT4 From Joe at Transwest gmc. Having purchased four of these trucks over the last 10 years, I can say that this was the best experience I have had yet. Joe was extremely helpful and not a pushy sales person. He was helpful in getting my rate down from 6.9 to 5.3. Joe And Jeff and financing were able to prepare my paperwork before I arrived and were able to get me out of the door extremely quickly. Joe’s excellence and professionalism really shined when it came to showing me all the details on the instrument cluster and regarding OnStar. Thanks to Joe this was my most enjoyable car buying experience yet.

I took my truck in to get a check engine light diagnosed. When I dropped it off, the lane assist light was NOT on and there were no issues related to that system. Brittany was the one assisting me during the process. After picking up the truck, it suddenly had a lane assist warning light on — something that was never a problem before. When I brought this up, the manager claimed it was “part of the original issue,” which is simply not true. The vehicle did not arrive with that problem. Instead of taking responsibility, they shifted the blame and dismissed my concern. I expect transparency and accountability when servicing my vehicle. If something happens while it’s in your care, own it and fix it. Very disappointing experience.

I had the best vehicle purchase ever. The salesman, Joe Cleland was excellent to work with. He was very knowledgeable with the vehicle and the whole buying process. Jeff in financing was awesome and Bob the GM even stopped and thanked me for business. I will definitely be back to Transwest for my next vehicle purchase. Doug K
