DON'T SHOP HERE! Sure, polite to start if they think you're buying, if not?, absolutely rude & ignorant! We spent 2 weeks looking for a truck. They didn't have what we wanted on the lot so they shopped other dealerships for us. Well for some unforseen reason, no dealership wants to send them a truck! Everything is 'sold'. So we did our own search & found what we wanted in Sudbury. Unfortunately, Sudbury had told Tremblay that it was already sold, well it wasn't. So we went to Sudbury & bought it there. In my opinion, if there is a dispute between dealerships it's not at the fault of clients. We wanted a truck, we bought one. Today my husband stopped at Tremblay's to thank them for the time it took them to help us out & they were extremely rude & ignorant to him. He was floored. He got to see the 2 'faces' of the OWNER & the SALESMAN! They even told him they won't service our GM vehicle there! To go where we bought it! We have a 5 year warranty. No worries, we won't be stepping foot in Tremblays again, & you can guarantee we will make damn sure to spread the word. This review only received one star because I had to, otherwise it'd be in the minuses.

They dont fix gmc warrantied problems . Their techs are told to make a fix on warrantied , obligated work. They will drag it out as long as they can , possibly even trying to charge the original GMC customer for their work!. A horrible northern ontario business to deal with. Go to north bay

Bought a Blazer here 23 months ago and now have 30,000km. Check engine light has come on twice now and an oil leak was detected during 2nd check engine light inspection. Mechanic took 4 hours to fix the 1st problem and at 5:00pm couldn't figure out why the AC didn't work, had to make an extra trip next day so he could find the connection he "forgot" to plug in. 2nd check light was for a crank sensor was told they "cleaned it up" but discovered an oil leak, needs new gasket have to make a return trip next week, didn't have gaskets but check light is still on. After picking up after gasket fix check engine light is still on, "cleaned up" sensor needs replace, another return trip. One week later I sold the lemon, hello Lexus.

Have an older car and parts are discontinued so it is very hard to have repairs completed. Tremblay’s service department is excellent. I was able to buy a steering column for my vehicle from kijiji and Tremblay’s mechanics were willing to use it to salvage parts to fix my car. I am very happy with their service. Highly recommend.

Don't waste your time with this small town dealer. Tried to get a response about buying a 2025 suv off them and you get nothing back. I guess they dont need the sales at all. If I was a sales representative knowing I was working on commissions I would be doing my best to make a sale not just going through the routine of "having a job". At the end of the day I'm young guy looking for a dealership i can trust for the rest of my life and be a life time customer, I look after all my new vehicles so they would even have a good looking trade in as well but this place just went to the bottom of my list. Thanks for nothing. Money best spent somewhere else.
