Purchased a 2014 Sierra 1500 26k. Put down 8k . AC stopped, working Properly, left head light gone out twice , Right head light out Now..Brakes on truck make noise. Heater is only warm. Not hot . Fans stay on constantly.. . Go there on 12/08/25 , told shop person believe its a Thermostat or sensor. Was supposed to have 3 month warranty..Get a call back on 12/08/25 said price was going to be 700.00 plus to install a thermostat. Charged me 172.00 to tell me what was wrong. Which autozone, advanced auto, napa, o'reilly's does for free..Paid them the 172.00 hit o'reilly's on the way home 80.00 for OEM thermostat and antifreeze. Install was 10 min on the thermostat. Getting paid good boys 620.00 for 10 min of work. That shows what you THINK OF YOUR CUSTOMER. Wont Ever be Back to you. ******UP DATE**** Got Rid of it , was having to many issues. Around 9k lost..But worth cutting ties with you...
Everyone from the receptionist, to sales, to service has been excellent. The receptionist is so sweet every time I call, she even went over to service for me when no one answered. My service advisor Wayne, communicated very well and followed up with me a few days later. My sales person, Josh, is a true gem of a person and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Will highly recommend them to everyone!
