Very helpful and not pushy. They answered all of our questions and super helpful during the purchasing process. After the sale was completed they fixed an issue that was found. Definitely will go there in the future for our car needs.

Got a follow up call on a cargo van and the sales people are extremley nice and tentative. You can tell this place is managed very well. They also go the extra mile that I feel you don't get any where else. Dealing with Austin and Kevin were like 2 friends helping me find a van. I will go out of my way to buy future vans and cars at Trevor Merren. We couldnt be happier with the van!

I called yesterday about a car that they had for sale. They were very nice to me and all, which I felt would be promising. I let them know I could get financing through my credit union, but my loan officer is out until Tuesday and I could close on it by next Friday at the very latest and then come get the car. They even tried to get me approved through their financing company yesterday, so they took down all my info to run my credit. They told me yesterday that they would let me know by today, Saturday, March 30th if I was approved through their financing companies. I finally heard from them at 1:30 today, Saturday, and they told me they sold the car! Wow…I am beside myself….I guess, if you don’t have money in your pocket or if you can’t get financing the same day, (even though they told me that since it was 5:00 they would have to wait until the next day for an answer in regards to their financing) don’t get your hopes up. It’s not first come first serve with this dealership. Money talks and that is all that matters to people anymore. Truly a sad world we live in these days. I’m sure there are some good dealerships out there, but they are probably few and far between.
