I have been a customer of Miramichi Kia since 2010 and I'm on my 5th Kia vehicle; I will not buy a vehicle anywhere else; their customer service is second to none! I especially like dealing with Arlene Michelin in the service department; she not only knows the business but delivers the best customer service possible. I bought a new vehicle October 2025, and Arlene has sent me a couple of messages checking up on me and the vehicle and making sure everything is to my satisfaction; I have never had any other company do this, I'm very impressed! I have been into the dealership a few times since my purchase and Arlene always knows who I am as soon as I walk in the door; she is definitely the best! I would always recommend Miramichi Kia for their excellent customer service; and I love the Kia vehicles as well!

Excellent customer service especially our Sales Lady , Monique Doucet. She was never in a hurry and very receptive to our many phone calls and visits.we well informed on all matters related to our purchase. Chad and Bill were also very helpful in making sure we had all bases covered with our purchase. I would highly recommend stopping by to chat with Monique about your future purchase. We actually don't live in the Miramichi but were passing through on the Sunday of a long weekend, when we experienced car trouble. We had to leave our 2023 KIA Niro PHEV at KIA Miramichi, dropping the key with a note in their dropbox. That week, they looked at the car as quickly as they could and promptly ordered the required part. They called us when the part arrived and that very day, they did the repair and we made arrangements for us to drive up from Moncton to get our car. Great communication and professionalism. Would highly recommend.

Not impressed, will never look at buying a vehicle here again. Looked at a 2023 GMC Sierra truck in good conditon with low mileage. Made an appointment to drive at 4:10 and the salesman called me at 3:30 and said the front wheel fell off while backing, upper ball joint failed. We traded a few messages after, the vehicle was supposed to be fixed and he would send me what was done for repairs. I sent a message after that and received no reply, basically ghosted. Two weeks later interestingly the vehicle is not on the lot or doesn’t appear in ads on Auto Trader (I thought they might of sent it to another of their dealerships). Hard to believe this vehicle could of went throught the Worry-free certified cars 170-point inspection that they claim to do. Update: Someone knowledgeable about the auto industry told me they probably sent it to auction. Still a total lack of integrity.

Great service and friendly staff. We have purchased and serviced a Kia Niro EV from Miramichi KIA. And let me tell you I have nothing but praise for them. Keep up the good work!
