Very disappointing experience that cost us around $500 worth of gas, hotel, meals out and kennel for our dog. Made plans to drive out from Saint-Léonard (close to 3.5hrs) to see a used outlander, both emailed and spoke on the phone with Isaac. My husband made more requests from him for pictures and information regarding the outlander but never got any pictures. Are told carfax is clean, so that seems good. So we drove out to see it. Get there and find out the bumper/tailgate is smashed, which should have been worth mentioning. Lots wrong with the car, like should not be driven wrong, but the issue truly is that we got no information about any issues from Isaac and we did say we were coming from a few hours away and gave him a weeks notice! It's really terrible service, just a couple minutes of him DOING HIS JOB could have saved us from wasting our time and money. Would recommend staying away from this dealership. If I could leave zero or negative stars I would have.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE !!!!! I had been in contact with Issac for a week about a used outlander they had. I asked him many times for pics of the car before me and my family drove over 3 hours to see it. I told him Saturday, that we would be driving to see it, still no mention of the condition of the car when he emailed back. No communication from him, so I emailed him again Wednesday to remind him we were coming. Still not mention of condition after I asked. So I drive there, book a hotel cause it's a long drive for my family, paid for my dog to go to a kennel. Get there, the car is so haggard. The trunk is smashed in and destroyed, the rear bumper is destroyed along with all left side tail lights, the electric brake is malfunctioning, check engine, abs lights all on. The rear tire is locking up, the rear either bearing or diff is grinding. Not to mention all the other damage to other panels and the interior. It's easy 6k to recondition it. He said they'd take 2k off the ask if it took it as is, and it would go up if they fix it. Couldn't care less about the car now, but the unprofessional manor in which he didn't communicate and cost me money wasting my time to go see it, that I cannot condone. DO BETTER ISSAC!!! THIS IS BRUTAL SERVICE!!!!DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING HERE. TERRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION.

Excellent service, all around. Second car buying new at Mitsubishi.
